NoiseAware Is At Phocuswright Nov. 15-17

Are you attending The Phocuswright Conference in Hollywood, Fla. this week? NoiseAware is, and we couldn’t be more excited. Hot on the heels of this week’s announcement that NoiseAware is one of Phocuswire’s “Hot 25 Startups for 2022,” we’re looking forward to diving deep into this annual confluence of travel industry leaders—a hub for learning, planning and networking. And this year’s event, with its “Travel’s Renaissance” theme and its focus on “mid-pandemic” challenges and opportunities, feels more vital than ever.

“Phocuswright is one of travel’s premier events,” notes Michael Golden, NoiseAware Director of Business Development. “We’re looking forward to having meaningful discussions with the industry’s top companies and executives.” Many of those discussions are focused on how in-stay technology can help short-term-rental owners and property managers mitigate the problems that pose a threat to the freedom and sustainability of the industry.

“NoiseAware was founded with a simple goal of preventing incidents at rental properties through privacy-safe technology, so homeowners and their neighbors never need to worry about the potential for nuisance issues,” adds NoiseAware Co-Founder and CEO Andrew Schulz. “But it’s become clear that the core of NoiseAware isn’t just our product, rather it’s what we can give back to our communities.” That includes protecting neighbors and neighborhoods from noise and nuisances associated with vacation rentals. And it includes being involved in responsible renting and vacation-rental advocacy as part of the current travel renaissance that’s at the heart of this week’s conference.

If you’re at the Phocuswright Conference, we’d love to connect with you! Not attending, but want to learn more? Follow our blog to find out how we’re partnering with cities and working with property owners and management companies to keep neighborhoods safe from sound!
