Though she’s only been with NoiseAware since June, Shannon Omsberg has already made a huge impact as director of account management. That’s no surprise, considering that she’s a results-oriented, passionate hospitality pro with more than 15 years of success in the industry.
A bit about Shannon’s background: She joined NoiseAware following eight years as part of the Enterprise Account Management team at TravelClick, and Amadeus company. Prior to that, she spent three years with Expedia Market Management’s Southeast region. Shannon’s career path includes a degree from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, and early experience in operations and sales with Marriott. Her areas of expertise include analysis, customer service and partnership building, which position her perfectly to optimize the success of NoiseAware’s existing accounts.
In Shannon’s own words: “We work to drive adoption and portfolio expansion, and ensure our customers are engaged and realizing the potential of their partnership with NoiseAware, to help them grow their business and ‘rest easy.'”
Shannon currently lives in Denver, Colo., with her husband, son and two dogs. In her free time, Shannon enjoys hiking, dining out and traveling…especially to Hawaii, or to New Orleans for a weekend getaway.
As for where Shannon likes to rest easy, that’d be “in the mountains,” accompanied by her favorite thing to listen to: “the sound of my son’s laughter.”
